At My Toy Wagon, we want every child to love their new treasures; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in their original packaging and in new, unplayed-with condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the toys in their original manufacturer packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
